Community Engagement
Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
There are many seniors in need of essential dental care. While assisted living facilities offer many medical services on-site, dental services are not usually included. In addition, transportation for many seniors can be complicated, especially if family members are out of state. We can visit ALFs and nursing facilities to provide services ranging from basic cleanings to denture repair or replacements!
Residential Treatment Centers
We strive to make dental care accessible - especially to those who may have difficulty getting to and from appointments. We visit residential treatment centers and conveniently provide a one-stop approach to provide care including preventive cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions.
Veteran Assistance
We have partnered locally with the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund (a non-profit organization) to provide invaluable dental services to our veterans. Many veterans are in need of critical dental care, yet do not qualify for dental services through the VA. The awesome team at WVRF works hard to fill this gap. In addition to providing critical care at discounted rates for veterans referred through WVRF, Dr. Cohen offers a Dental Day each month where veterans can have exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions - all at no cost to the veterans!
